Intercoolers, intake kits, intake manifolds, intercooler piping and induction hardware for the Nissan R35 GT-R. Turbos only make the power the induction system lets them make. This is the cold side of your build.
Intercoolers
The Street Intercooler is 1000HP-ready and uses a factory-style vertical flow design for low pressure drop, packing the largest core that still fits within stock ducting. Step up to the Race Intercooler for a 14 x 22.5 x 4.5-inch tight-fin core built for high boost. At the top of the range, the Ultimate Race Intercooler uses a Garrett core with 3-inch Vanjen inlets and outlets and is rated past 2000whp. For front-mount turbo setups with a rear-mounted radiator, the HYPERCORE 4000 is the answer.
Intake kits
Boost Logic intake kits come in 3-inch, 3.5-inch and 4-inch, in polished aluminum or full titanium, with twin filters placed in the bumper cover to draw cold outside air. The 3-inch aluminum kit includes MAF sensor provisions for stock-turbo cars. The titanium kits are precision engineered in the USA and shave real weight off the front of the car. Replacement high-flow air filters are stocked in every size.
Intake manifolds and fueling
The V2 intake manifold improves plenum flow for high-horsepower VR38DETT builds. When you outrun the fuel system, the 18-injector intake manifold arrives complete with fuel rail, mounting brackets and a machined upper plenum for the second set of injectors. Do not forget the manifold gaskets, which are specific to the Boost Logic manifold.
Piping and clamps
Full titanium intercooler piping fits the Street, Race and Ultimate intercoolers in raw or burnt blue. Titanium S pipes and U pipes replace tired OEM or aluminum aftermarket pieces, with an extra-thick beadroll that keeps couplers locked down under high boost. Vanjen clamp kits in 2.5-inch, 3-inch and 3.5-inch give you leak-free connections that will not blow apart when the boost comes on.
