Full-Time

EXPERIENCED HIGH PERFORMANCE AUTO TECHNICIAN

We are expanding our team and seeking a full-time Experienced Automotive Technician. You must have a minimum of 3 years of aftermarket/custom experience; this is not an entry-level or a dealership technician position.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at complex mechanical problem-solving, and takes pride in executing top-tier aftermarket modifications, performance engine/transmission builds, and classic/hot rod craftsmanship

RESPONIBILITIES:

  • Performance & Custom Builds: Precision-install high-performance aftermarket parts and assemble engines and manual transmissions to strict shop specifications.
  • Classic & Hot Rod Work: Diagnose, repair, and upgrade vintage vehicles, hot rods, and classic builds alongside modern performance applications.
  • Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex issues across a wide variety of automotive makes and models.
  • Routine Service: Perform maintenance, inspections, and standard mechanical repairs with efficiency and high accuracy.
  • Trackside Support: Attend race events and provide hands-on mechanical and technical support for shop and customer cars.
  • Shop Documentation: Accurately log work, track parts, and complete detailed daily work orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work adheres strictly to Grade A Garage quality and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with high-performance vehicles. Hands-on experience with classic cars, vintage mechanics, and hot rods is strongly preferred and highly valued.
  • Engine & Transmission Expertise: Hands-on experience assembling engines and manual transmissions to spec.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and the ability to comfortably drive manual transmissions.
  • Tools: Must possess a complete set of standard automotive technician hand tools and equipment.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, advanced diagnostic skills, and high attention to detail across both modern performance tech and classic setups.
  • Mindset: Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-quality shop environment.
